Lycée Français de Chicago, 1929 W. Wilson Avenue
Come and celebrate Bastille Day, the French National Day, with the French community of Chicago.
The event will take place at the Lycée Français (1929 Wilson Avenue) on Friday, July 13, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. Great wines, champagne and beer will be available for purchase.
Join us for an evening of family friendly entertainment: Pétanque (Bocci ball), waiters’ races, photo booth, and live music with DJ Mwelwa Musambacine. The kid corner will have bounce houses, drawing, coloring, nail and face painting. The “Tippecanoe Ancient Fife and Drum Corps” will present a show, in 18th century soldier uniforms, about the history of the French in the Midwest.
The event is free, everybody is welcome.
